- If you have any outstanding tickets with us on Kayako we will reply to you as soon as we can.
- If necessary, you may reply directly to the email you receive from us, if you require further assistance.
- From today, you will not be able to submit new tickets through Kayako.

- If you already have an outstanding ticket with us, you do not need to create a new ticket on Freshdesk.
- For any new support enquires, please submit a ticket on Freshdesk by clicking on "New Support Ticket".
- If you previously created a support account with us on Kayako you will be able to sign in with the same account on Freshdesk.
