Dovetail Support will be moving to a brand-new customer portal provided by Freshdesk, and Kayako will be closing down. We hope that this change will allow us to provide a smoother experience, and we welcome any feedback you may have, regarding the new customer portal.

New Customer Portal:


  • If you have any outstanding tickets with us on Kayako we will reply to you as soon as we can.
  • If necessary, you may reply directly to the email you receive from us, if you require further assistance.
  • From today, you will not be able to submit new tickets through Kayako.


  • Our new customer support portal can be found here:
  • If you already have an outstanding ticket with us, you do not need to create a new ticket on Freshdesk.
  • For any new support enquires, please submit a ticket on Freshdesk by clicking on "New Support Ticket".
  • If you previously created a support account with us on Kayako you will be able to sign in with the same account on Freshdesk.
